Refund Policy

Registration Fees

All registration fees paid for the Fitness Workshop & Talk Show are intended to cover event planning, logistics, speaker commitments, and certification costs.

Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds will be provided once the registration is confirmed.

  • This includes cases of non-attendance, personal scheduling conflicts, or inability to participate on the event date.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • In the unlikely event that Fit India Trust cancels the event, registered participants will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • An option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or future event.

  • If the event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically remain valid for the new date.

Transfer of Registration

  • Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Fit India Trust.

  • Any approved transfer requests must be made in writing prior to the event.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated through the same payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Force Majeure

Fit India Trust shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be determined at our discretion.
