Event Registration
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. Entry to the event will be granted to registered participants with valid confirmation details.
Ticket Usage

Each registration is valid for one participant only.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Fit India Trust.

Participants may be required to present a valid ID at the venue.
Event Schedule & Content
Fit India Trust reserves the right to:

Modify the event schedule, speakers, or session format if necessary

Make reasonable changes due to unforeseen circumstances
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Certification
Certificates (digital or physical) will be issued only to participants who attend the event as per the eligibility criteria defined by Fit India Trust. Certificate type will depend on the selected registration category.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Avoid disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct
Fit India Trust reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants who violate these guidelines, without refund.
Media & Photography
By attending the event, participants grant Fit India Trust permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes, without additional compensation.
Liability Disclaimer
Fit India Trust shall not be responsible for:

Personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue

Any injury, illness, or incident occurring during the event, except where required by law
Participants attend the event at their own discretion and responsibility.
Refunds & Cancellations
All refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy published on this website. Please review it carefully before registering.
Force Majeure
Fit India Trust shall not be held liable for event cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
